Romeo Abdo's company is to build new objects in Minsk

In January 2008 Belarusian government examined projects of Minsk site development proposed by different companies. Finally, the decision was made. Some projects were turned down, others were approved and their realization will start soon. In general, most projects concerned reconstruction of city’s historical part and construction of new buildings.

Pobediteley Avenue area faces interesting changes. It seems that we will have to say goodbye to “Belarus” hotel that every resident of Minsk is so accustomed to. According to specialists’ words, hotel’s building has become obsolete and is not subject to reconstruction. So it has been decided to pull it down and build a modern hotel complex consisting of three high-rise buildings integrated into an architectural ensemble.

The building plan of a five-star “Hyatt” hotel on the bank of Komsomolskoye Lake was also approved. Project’s idea belongs to the investments holding “BNK Engineering” (The general director is Romeo Abdo). A group of Belarusian and foreign specialists developed the project. By the way, Belarusian government approved one more project of Mr. Romeo Abdo’s company and its realization will start soon. This is a large modern aqua park, which is the first aqua park of European standard in Belarus.

The project of building satellite towns also received support and approval of the government.
